Project Implementation
Proper installation of your new furniture is every bit as important as the selection of furniture. Our install team can install a wide range of workplace products and systems, either newly purchased or existing furniture you would like to relocate. We can accommodate your needs for both union and non-union workers, whichever your jobsite requires. We will also assist you in coordinating nationwide projects through our network of installers and partners.

The installation team at AAA has an outstanding reputation in the industry for installation and move management services. The planning begins/Services/Project-Management long before the product arrives to ensure your installation is completed on time and you are completely satisfied. Our project managers and the lead installers for the project will do the following:
 
Office Furniture Installation
New Product Installation

  • Review all drawings and specifications
  • Determine complexity and manpower requirements
  • Inspect site to identify phasing and staging issues
  • Set the install schedule , and assign installers
  • Install necessary building protection for floors and walls
  • Receive, un-carton and inspect all product
  • Stage and assemble product working with the electrician and cable installers
  • Remove all debris and building protection
  • Inspect and clean all products
  • Inspect and clean all product
  • Final walk through of the site preformed, creating a punch list of any items requiring attention.

Reconfiguration of Existing Furniture

  • Conduct physical inventory
  • Create new plans incorporating new and reconfigured product
  • Create tear down, move and assembly schedule
  • Disassemble, sort and stage existing product
  • Re-install product in new location
